A Temporary Local Rule is now in place extending the Local Rule #3 - Abnormal Course Conditions (Rule 16.1)

The heather in front of / next to the reworked bunkers on the 4th and 8th holes are now classified as Ground Under Repair (GUR).

Also if a ball lies in any joins between turfs that have open up into cracks are treated as an Abnormal Course Condition and relief may be taken.

Relief is available under Rule 16.1 - mark the nearest point of complete relief not nearer the hole and drop within a club-length no nearer the hole.
